Many people wonder what’s amazing behind Jesus’ crucifixion when in the first place, He already knew what was going to happen. The same people think that the reason it happened, “to save us from our sins” is already a cliche.
What people didn’t know was the emotional protest Jesus experienced before dying on the cross. The bible said He became human like us. As a human, he got emotions, feelings, and moods, too. Before He was crucified, He had every emotion and every feeling in His body to back out. He could just think of Himself and let us live in sin. To cut it short, He had a that something we call choice.
But, you know what? He obeyed His Father’s Will instead of following His own feelings. He chose to lay down His life for us. He chose to love us.
Yes. Indeed. Oo. Tama. Sakto. I am nothing without Jesus. I will not be living today without Him dying on the cross, the best expression of love. The love that is selfless, not feelings-governed, and under control.
May this holy week remind us not of the worldly love but of Jesus’ true love for us.

Today is the last day of Term 1. I survived! Just three more to go. Tomorrow I’m going to Denmark to be with my family over Easter. I’ll be drawing madly from now on so you’ll see lots more of me on your d-boards. I’ve missed you guys, can’t wait to catch up. Peace out, zombie friends!
